The First Appointment

Whether your dental needs are a complete exam and cleaning, or a full mouth restoration, or anything in between, we promise to provide you with exceptional care as we enhance the natural beauty of your smile and the health of your mouth. Patients will receive a comprehensive exam covering teeth, soft tissue, supporting structure alignment, bite, cosmetics and more. Your needs and wants will be addressed.

Our hygienists (Becky or Lisa) will continue with the appointment by cleaning your teeth and educating you on the latest theories and techniques for controlling dental disease. A complete set of digital x-rays will be taken and all data collected will be evaluated by Dr. Werner to accurately assess your dental needs.

Your immediate dental needs as well as the long term objectives will be based on the goal of receiving maximum life for your natural teeth. We will offer affordable and optimal solutions to plan for your lifetime treatment and continued care.

Financial Arrangements

Payment is expected at the time services are performed. We accept cash, checks, Visa and Mastercard. When extensive dental care is necessary or when dental insurance is involved, financial arrangements can be made with our office manager Dawn. Please inquire about financing plans. Our primary concern is your dentistry. Nonetheless, we will be sensitive to your financial circumstances within the framework of sound business practices and comprehensive dental care.

Dental treatment is an excellent investment in your physical and psychological well being.  With that said, we recognize that it is a significant investment whether you have dental insurance or not.  We will make every attempt to make the investment affordable with multiple payment options.

Payment Options:

We will explain all dental procedures and associated fees clearly and professionally before we begin treatment.  It is our policy to make definite financial arrangements with patients before any treatment begins.  We’re pleased to offer different payment options including low or no interest payments, and we’ll be happy to assist you in choosing and qualifying for a payment option that best fits your needs.  We can discuss these options further with you at your first visit.

5% Courtesy

We offer a bookkeeping courtesy of 5% for payment in full by cash.
